Terms of Service

Privacy policy:

  • All information you provide us or we obtain by working with you, is strictly confidential. 
  • Permission will always be requested before sharing any images from your projects.
  • I understand how easily our houses could become cluttered and disorganized, so please remember that I am here to help you, not to pass judgement.

Payment Policy:

  • A deposit of 50% of the value of a package is required before the initial session. Balance of the contract is due upon completion of project. (last session)
  • Package hours are to be fully scheduled within 60 days from the date of the contract. They are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellation Policy:

When we schedule an appointment, I reserve that time for you, therefore when you reschedule, I am unable to schedule other clients. Because of this, cancellation/rescheduling of services with less than 48 hours notice, will result in a $50 charge.

Disclosure:

I use stock photos by professional photographers to enhance the look of the website, they are not from my clients’ homes. However, all pictures posted within the “My work” section, are taken by me and are 100% my work, my apologies if the quality of the pictures is not the best, I do not have a professional photographer following me around to photograph my work 😉.
