Rates and Packages
All our home services are offered on an hourly rate of $70 per hour or via packages, you decide what works for you.
- Decluttering and Organizing
- Downsizing
- Post-Move unpacking and Organization
Regular Packages
3 hours: $ 199.00
6 hours: $ 360.00
12 hours: $ 675.00
24 hours: $1,199.00
In addition to the hands-on organizing hours I will spend in your house, the following is also included:
- Complimentary 30 minutes Assessment, prior to the start of the first session.
- Email communication between sessions and for up to two weeks after project completion.
- Time dedicated to planning and exploring organizing solutions for your specific needs.
- Time spent shopping for organizing supplies, if needed. (clients are responsible for the cost of supplies)
- Coordination with external contractors for potential services needed for project completion.
- Removal of empty moving boxes, and small items no longer wanted.
- Travel, up to 10 km each way, from H4X 1P7. Outside of this radius, travel will be charged at 0.50 per km for total kilometers traveled, e.g. If the location is 30km away, (back and forth) charge will be $15.
Maintenance Packages
As soon as we are done organizing your place, you could benefit from our maintenance packages at discounted rates. These are hands-on organizing sessions to help you keep in place previously established systems.
These packages are available to clients whose homes I have organized and can only be applied to previously organized spaces. They can be scheduled on monthly or bi-weekly sessions of 2 hours duration each.
- 12 hours maintenance package: $360.00
- 24 hours maintenance package: $500.00
